Dear Parents, Staff and Students,

On Wednesday 11th of November our Junior School Councillors will be representing our school at a Remembrance Day Service conducted by the Sunbury RSL. The service, which will take place at the Memorial Hall in Barkly Street, commemorates an important time in our country’s history. Thank you to the Sunbury RSL for including local students in their commemorations so that our students can gain an appreciation of the importance of such events.

You will have noticed a lack of action on our building site over the past few weeks. A shortage of materials has caused delays to the next stage, with the arrival of the necessary structural steel due in the next few weeks. We also continue to pursue news on the relocation of our playground and look forward to being able to share some progress with you shortly.

Finishing the week on a high note, tomorrow we have the pleasure of hosting the annual Sunbury Schools Music Festival. Throughout tomorrow students from schools across Sunbury have an opportunity to get together, celebrate and share their talent with the wider community. Well done to all involved. Performances continue tomorrow morning commencing at 10 am. All are welcome.

Regards, Glenn & Diane
